Federated Films - Making Independent Film happen!

THEATRE As both the Press Officer for the Brighton and Hove (Actually) Gay Men's Chorus and also The Chairman of St Andrew's Waterloo Street Brighton, I wanted to ensure that many of the popular shows were recorded for posterity and that our supporters would be able to see the product of their fine efforts. I had previously worked with Kevin at The New Venture Theatre and he has now recorded a number of shows including the recent 'On The Beaches' concert which was attended by Dame Vera Lynn. 	Festen - This 90 minute play based on the Dogma film of the same name was performed at New Venture Theatre in Brighton. It was a multi camera shoot, cut together on Final Cut Pro showcasing this award winning family drama. Watch clip

	Mlle Y - This abstract clip was generated by Federated Films for the New Venture Theatre's performance event of dance and drama exploring the tensions within August Strindberg's play 'The Stronger'. 	American Buffalo - This production of David Mamet's play at the New Venture Theatre, Brighton required a Film Nior sequence to set the mood of 1950's America as the main character wakes up from a night sleeping in the gutter. Watch clip

	Down and Out in The Astral Lounge - a short play by Phillip Gallop about the use of drugs to control people in the future required a psychedelic sequence giving the audience the feeling of going on "a trip". Watch clip
